Your Strava Activities in a Private Dashboard
Vitalstat displays the permitted activity data for the authenticated athlete who connected the account. It does not make Strava data visible to other Vitalstat users.
Supported Strava Activity Metrics
- Workout details — Type, name, start time, elapsed time, moving time, and description
- Endurance metrics — Distance, elevation, speed, pace, calories, and active time
- Performance metrics — Heart rate, cadence, power, laps, and segments where available
- Route context — GPS-derived routes, map data, and location details when authorized
- Athlete account details — Identifier needed to keep your Strava connection attached to your Vitalstat account
How to Connect Strava
- Open Vitalstat 2.2.0 or later.
- Go to Settings or the data source connection screen.
- Select Strava and continue to Strava authorization.
- Review the permissions shown by Strava and approve access if you agree.
- Return to Vitalstat to import your permitted Strava activity data.
Strava Data Stays Outside AI and MCP
Vitalstat uses Strava API data only to provide the private activity display described on this page. Strava data is not used in AI or machine-learning features, model training, analytics, or local or hosted MCP access, and it is not disclosed to third parties.

How do I disconnect Strava?
You can disconnect Strava in Vitalstat settings or revoke Vitalstat access from Strava connected app settings. Vitalstat then stops importing new Strava data and removes Strava connection state according to its data policy.
